    Pomme De Terre, Pinard Et Fromage Potatoes, Spinach And Cheese By: elgourmand
    This is a nice change up on the usual mashed potatoes. I did add more spinach b/c I had it to spare and liked the texture created by adding it at the end, a bit of crunch with the creamy. Remixed the leftovers into a shepherd's pie by putting it over seasoned browned ground beef & shredded carrots and topping the whole thing off with grated Parmesan. Very tasty!
