    Porcupine Meatballs

    I made this wonderful recipe again last night. I had a family pack (2.5 lbs.) of a beef and pork mixture. Doubled the recipe and the meatballs were fantastic. Thanks Semi.

    LOL it felt like forever doing it especially since I weight everyone first so that they were all 2 oz.
