  Good grub. Didn't have any mushrooms. Used a Cajun seasoning instead of the Montreal seasoning. The two inch steaks cooked to temp in the specified time.
  I could have seared the chops longer to seal in more of the juice.
  Sauce thickens up quickly and is on the salty side when sampled by itself. Not a problem when spooned on the chop and sides. Paired with green beans and risotto.
