    My first sauerbraten. Nice tangy gravy reduction. Roast pulled at 6hrs. Internal temp was 209F. Roast was a touch dry but not bad. I would pull it a little early next time monitoring the temp. Lots of onion. It was good. Gravy over everything lubed the roast.
    Plated it with Caramelized Onion Mashed Potatoes which had a lot of onion too.
