This marinade is great!! I only used 1 tenderloin that weighed a little over 1 lb. So I just halved it! Could not find the pretzel sliders...even though I have seen them before. I used a grainy mustard in the dill sauce, SO GOOD, don't leave out the dill pickle relish!

Had some pork tenderloins in the freezer that I wanted to start going through so did a search through my bookmarks and found this recipe of Keni's. As with a lot of Keni's recipe I halved this as I'm just cooking for two.

The marinade smelled wonderful. I LOVE smoked paprika. I let the pork marinate in the fridge for the entire day. Hubby grilled it up for about 1/2 an hour which was pretty much a perfect cook time. Tested it with the thermometer and when it reached 145F we let it rest for five minutes before carving it up.
I'd bought some cute little Slider buns at Farm Boy and had fresh lettuce out of the garden. Keni's Dill sauce was excellent and really put the recipe over the top. Again, I loved the smoked paprika in it. I didn't have dill relish on hand so just chopped up some dill pickles. I used fresh dill.
I'd bought Havarti cheese slices especially for them and of course I forgot to put them out. There are a couple of leftovers despite the fact that hubby went back for seconds, so I'll make sure I put the cheese on today when we finish them off for lunch.
This was a fun summer meal and very tasty. Hubby has requested that we make this again. :)

Thanks Guys. Jim and I had two more each this evening for dinner along with more sliced tomatoes. Frankieanne......we had ONE little ole' tomato out of our garden last week but tomato season hasn't seriously started here yet. The ones pictured are from Costco. They're very good and they taste like tomatoes. I'm afraid to research farther and find out where they come from and what I'm truly eating, but for now we are enjoying them. :)

Missed this some how!! Yours look great Janet. I always just chop up some dill pickles in place of relish, for some reason I never have the stuff lol :)
