Pork Tenderloin with Honey Soy and Sesame

I doubled up on the sauce and served this over rice. Perfect amount of sauce for about 6 servings if you drizzle a good amount over the rice. This is delicious!!! I waited until it was about 5 minutes to being done to sprinkle the sesame seeds over the loin so I could baste it a couple times first. Every bit of this is gone. Added my pic.

Well I had only 1 tenderloin weighing 1.25 lbs. I cooked it for about 25 minutes and it was a perfect medium. I love it when I nail a medium on a tenderloin ;) I always mean to use a meat thermometer and forget. I just do the finger test most the time trying to guess by the firmness. I'm pretty good at it actually lol!

Well, that explains it. Wine or beer always helps season the cook :)

Lol Mr P. Not me lately ;)

I begged my husband to get me this fancy little meat thermometer about 2 yrs ago and have only used it once! I really mean too but I almost feel like I don't trust it or something. Weird, i know!
