    Very nice flavor of sour cream and green onion.
    My casserole was lumpy because I waited until the potatoes got cold before mashing with a hand masher. Would taste good creamed as well as lumpy.
    I was dubious about this recipe fitting into a 2 quart casserole dish, but it fit with nothing to spare and did not run over.
    Lesson learned: Peel the skin as soon as the potatoes are cool enough to handle.
    Had a great taste even though there was no butter added.

    I'm with you Frankie, I LOVE green onions and I never go by what the recipe says, just add until I'm happy :) I have wanted to try grilling them but I always forget when I have the grill going!
