    Pulled Asian Pork

    Made this for Keni Cooking Day 2016! This was awesome! Made half a recipe as that was the size of Pork Loin I had... Mr. Persnickety pants ate almost all of it on homemade tortillas with a little grated cheese and lettuce. Fortunately he left a smidgen for me! It is even good cold! Just enough heat to let you know it is there! And so easy to make! Will be making this again and again!
    I didn't have the ginger beer or ginger ale so I subbed half a regular beer and added a little ginger powder and used a spicy mustard for the Chinese mustard.. but it turned out fantastic anyway!! Posted pics, but they are no where as good or accurate as Keni's of course...LOL
