    Interesting way to put together a baking powder loaf. It's kneaded like a yeasted loaf but with none of the wait time to rise.
    Buttered the top of the loaf after it came out of the oven. Forgot to do it before.
    Could taste the whole wheat flour but not the garlic. I would add a couple more cloves next time.
    Dough just looked way too small for a 2qt casserole dish, plus I didn't have a round one. Put it in a 1.5qt bread loaf pan. It filled the pan up half way.
    Make sure to slice the top of the loaf deeply. It is going to rise a lot.

    Added liquid to dry ingredients in a food processor until a ball formed. Had 1/3c liquid left over. Then hand kneaded.
