  I was craving a quesadilla for lunch yesterday and I found this in my box. It was delicious, as I had figured :) I was in the process of cutting and grating cheese when I realized I didn't have any jalapenos! Okay, so I'll just sub pablano, which I usually have one or two of in the fridge. Nope, none :( I was thinking about texting my neighbor to see if they had any, and then I remembered I had some dried crushed jalapenos that I had gotten from Penzey's in my pantry. It was a great sub, and has an even more intense jalapeno flavor than a regular jalapeno! Ate them straight up because I was out of any toppings, like avocado for gaucamole, sour cream and salsa. Don't worry I went to the store today lol :)
