  My review ... "These were great and I loved that there was very little mess to clean up. I had some leftover seasoned roasted potatoes so I diced a little up and added that to the tomato mixture and since they were seasoned I backed off the fresh herbs using about half. Ideal portion for an easy, wholesome breakfast. Thanks Mommyluvs2cook, love the step-by-step photos too!!"
