Ravioli With Zucchini And Walnuts

    Boy was this good! I used a wild mushroom and cheese ravioli and they were huge lol! I also cut my zucchini into matchsticks, I felt they wouldn't get as much in the way of the ravioli that way. Also I used only half the cheese and felt I got away with it, but if you like it really cheesy, go for it! The walnuts were such a great addition and gave that crunch to completely tie everything together. Yum yum, can't wait to make again :)

    Frankie, I did to the little one, he's not a picky eater (yet), but Briauna did not, she would have recognized the mushrooms in there right off, even if they were all chopped up. She got chicken fingers for lunch :)
