How to make it

  • In large saucepan, cook refrigerated ravioli according to package directions; drain.
  • Meanwhile, in large skillet cook nuts in hot oil over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes; remove with slotted spoon. Add zucchini and green onion. Cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  • Add drained pasta, nuts, milk, and 3/4 c. of cheese to skillet. Cook and toss for 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer pasta mixture to serving bowl. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Serve immediately.
