Ricotta pie and spinach broccoli lasagna

    The pie was very smooth and nice. I thought next time I would add more chips and nuts, and put only half of the whipped cream in the pie and decorate the top with the other half.
    The white lasagna was wonderful, even better the next day when the flavors had gotten to know each other better. I added 3-4oz sliced mushrooms to the sauce, which added a nice touch.
