    Rita Meatballs Sauce
Very delicious. When I opened up the pasta cupboard, all I had was angel hair so that's what I used. Used fresh parsley from my garden instead of cheese. All the pictures I took were blurry, darn it.
I have plenty of leftovers for tomorrow! :)

Your picture looks perfect! Love the addition of the fresh parsley..I would still have to add SOME Parmesan though! I just might have to try this using ground turkey or chicken..very nice recipe:)

Wonder what kind of dried chile peppers Joce used? I'm sure she'll let me know when she sees this!
Also, Frankieanne, did you bake these? That's how I usually cook meatballs..much easier than frying:)

I am delighted you enjoyed the meatballs Frankie:) Your pic doesn't look blurry to me at all either! Thanks soo much for the lovely review:)

Marie, I use just those little dried pepper seeds. LOL Quite frankly I don't know what they are really called. They usually have that kind of dried pepper in a shaker thingy in a restaurant to shake over spaghetti but I must admit I am a wimp when it comes to really hot spicy things!

Thank you all your your nice comments:)

Thank you, everyone. My camera was doing some weird things on me last night. It better not be on its way out!
I did bake them, Marie, and I fixed my comment on the recipe so its more clear. :)

Ah Ha! I thought so Joce! Nice addition to the sauce, love red pepper flakes:)

Thanks Frankieanne:) Baked meatballs always turn out so well for me, they brown nicely, and I usually turn them only once:)
