  This is a fantastic recipe. I used it on a pork loin roast (LOL my other white meat) and allowed the pork with the rub on to sit in the fridge for several hours. The pork was tender and full of great flavours without one over powering the other. Will be making again.

  it is my go to for most meats. I don't use as often as I used to but I still keep a large amount mixed up at home.
