I made this up early Sun. morning , and rubbed three leg quarters with it . Stuck them in the fridge for about five to six hrs. , to get happy . Whizzed all together in the coffee grinder , and used what I wanted for the quarters . Plenty left for the next time . Very well balanced taste. Will use this mix over and over. Very nice. Thank you , Semigourmet53 . Five forks for sure.

Yes, it is best to type the name of the recipe in the thread title box and put the link in the comment section. You'll get it. :-)
That does look like a great recipe for a rub! I'll have to give that one a try. I've been wanting some chicken lately.
You can rate the recipe, too. ;-D

Lol Lumpgravy it's okay :) Just manually type the recipe name into the title box, you can't copy and paste in the title box for some reason. This mix sounds great! I plan on putting this one together eventually, just have to get those chicken quarters! Don't forget to review and rate on the recipe page :)

Don't stress over it. There isn't really a "right" way. It is just a way we all came up with and it took us years (really) to get it the way we do it. We don't expect anyone new to know how we have been doing it for years. We are just happy to see some new faces here. :-) Please continue to share with us.

    Roasted Chicken Rub

Made for dinner last night. Allowed the pork to sit in the fridge for several hours. Loved the flavour and one spice did not over power the other.
