Roasted Garlic Couscous With Feta by Efitobx

    My daughter and I made this last summer - it was excellent! We used regular couscous, regular chicken stock (couldn't find the garlic broth), and only a pinch of oregano. This kept so nicely for about 3 days, and de-seeding the cucumber did indeed keep this salad from becoming watery and breaking down. Highly recommend.
