  This is very comforting and rich! I used Swiss cheese and did not have the fresh herbs so I replaced with dried. Great lunch!

  I used yellow onions. I had already thrown the bread on top of the soup before I realized I forgot to butter it so I just buttered the top real quick and left it at that ;)
