    I had some leftover prosciutto after I made some little sandwiches for a memorial service I attended. I found this using "prosciutto" in the ingredient search. This was really nice and super easy for a weeknight dinner. I couldn't eat it all. I think the leftovers (including the asparagus) are going to be great mixed in with some scrambled eggs for breakfast!

    YUM!! I love proscuitto wrapped anything :) So the salt from the proscuitto was enough to not have to add any salt? Definitely great add ins to some eggs for in the morning!

    I think the added salt was OK. Prosciutto (to me) has a salt hit and then it kinda fades away. Salmon needs a hit of some kind so I think it really worked well.
