    This was so good! I wish I had made some rice. Make sure your steaks or filets aren't very thick. Five minutes is about all that brown sugar can take. I was happy when mine looked ready to turn at four. I also stirred the bourbon around a bit to mix the sugar in. Easy, too!

    I finally got around to making this. SOOO glad I did. What a great simple and quick recipe. I used my ancient 9" CI. Made rice, too, as you can see from the pic. I LOVED this. Thank, Frankie for the heads up
