Salmon With Bourbon and Brown Sugar Glaze

- 4 TBS. butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 LBS. salmon steaks (4) shopping list
- 1/3 cup bourbon shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2. stir in brown sugar.
- 3. Place salmon steaks on top of mixture and cook for 5 minutes.
- 4. Turn salmon, and pour bourbon around the steaks.
- 5. Coutinue cooking for 5 minutes or until fish tests done with a fork.
- 6. Serve salmon with the glaze spooned on top.

This recipe has my husband's name all over it. Bourbon is his drink of choice and food made with it carries that appeal for him, too. Looks like I have a dinner recipe for this week thanks to you. He will be ecstatic.
