Saucy Italian Pork Chops

    MMmmm so good! Used what I had on hand, some tomato sauce and tomato paste, added some shakey Parmesan cheese and red wine, slow cooked in my cast iron dutch oven. Served over WW egg noodles.

    (Sorry, not a good pic, didn't want to actually stop eating my dinner to take a pic, so took one after dinner of the extra serving)

    Didn't use brand name Chachere's cajun seasoning, had some already mixed up from a recipe here at GR.
