Scalloped Cauliflower - by Keni

    Wonderful! Not Cauliflower fans here, too flowery tasting?? But this was sooo good, of course I had to play (as Keni taught me) and add a few extra spices, celery seed and mustard powder...... turned out great! PS.. I used panko crumbs for the topping!

    First time having it scalloped too! I halved the sauce recipe but don't think I used enough cauliflower, was good though! Next time I will reduce the sauce some (not big saucers here) or add more cauliflower! But nice and creamy the way it is!
