Semolina Whey Bread

    Recipe has a typo. Says 2 1/4 cups whey. It should read 1 1/4 cup whey. Had to add 4 handfuls of flour to the heavily floured work surface as I was kneading the dough. As a result the loaf was too big to fit into a 9x5 loaf pan. Made 2 smaller loaves.
    I'm not excited about the folding technique for shaping the bread. It left one of the loaves with a huge air bubble in it. Think I'll stick with rolling and pinching. Flavor's good.
    Can't get Semolina here so I subbed whole wheat flour. No seeds either. Had them just forgot to put them on. Got distracted.
    Another typo (I believe) is 1t yeast. That makes for a long rise time. I think 1T was meant.
    Was excited about making this loaf. It is my first one using whey.

    Plenty, enough to make a couple more loaves I've lined up. Plus I'm trying my hand at cottage cheese which will make more whey.
