Shelly's Beefstro Burgers!

    Beefstro Bruschetta Burgers


    These were very good! I was intrigued by the combos and thought they'd make a lovely photo, and I was right about both, I think!

    I did make a few minor changes, really, in the grand scheme of things, but I will mention them all. I used my venison mix instead of all beef, I used panchetta rather than ham or prosciutto, I used my own lemon pepper blend(and it has a lil salt ;), I used my plum spread rather than apricot preserves(we aren't apricot fans, at all, and I figured the plum would give a similar enough result even if the color was VERY different :) and I used fried red pepper strips to add a lil crunch, rather than just roasted. And I added some fresh snipped chives, mostly for color.

    They were delicious and since they're only a couple bites, each, they'd make a great addition to a dinner party or appetizer party!
