Shirred Eggs, Keni's Way

    Keni, just warning you, I have made several of your recipes this past week and have a couple more planned coming up too, so be prepared for lots of Keni post from me :)

    The texture of this was surprising to me for some reason...wasn't expecting it to almost turn into a spread, very smooth. I LOVED IT! So did Caiden (big egg fanatic there).

    I had to sub sage for the tarragon, and 1/2 and 1/2 for the heavy cream. Chose smoked gouda for the cheese. Served it with toasted pumpernickel slices...mmmmm...

    Perfect for brunch G4U! We always do a brunch with the In laws for Thanksgiving and if it's at my house this year, this is going on the menu for sure :)
