    Shrimp Dijon Over Linguini by Keni
    We enjoyed this very much. I used 1/2 & 1/2 instead of cream with good results although 3 cups was too much, so I'll note to reduce to 2 next time & it will be just right. I roasted some zucchini in the oven and tossed that in as well. I didn't do the breadcrumbs/broiling step because my guys weren't interested in eating it that way! :)
    Really good flavors in this, rave reviews all around the table! I guess it's my week for trying recipes by Keni!
