    Great oven fried chicken. Too many breadcrumbs though. It seems like recipes that call for breadcrumbs always have too many. I had four thighs so I cut the crumb mixture (and the butter) in half. I still had about 1/3 of the crumbs left when I was done. Good stuff though. A few more details on the recipe.
