    This was good. I had some problems that are detailed on the recipe page. I found a Vidalia where I shop so I skewered some of that as well. I probably won't make this again.

    All the ingredient's seem like they would have gone great together, so I'm surprised this was just ok. I would have that tbsp meant tablespoon. Looks really good on that plate though :)

    I think some garlic would have helped and the lemon was a tad strong to me. You could really taste it more than anything else besides the olive oil.
