    Skillet Chicken Teriyaki

    Very delicious. Everyone loved it. I used apple juice in place of pineapple juice and a white wine vinegar. I had never used vinegar in a teriyaki sauce before but it must be what I have always been missing in the past! LOL
    Loved the ease of the stovetop and not heating up the house with the oven. I did heat up the sauce ingredients in their own saucepan first to get everything dissolved. A little bit of cornstarch slurry at the end to thicken it up and served over Oriental noodles from the Asian market. Topped with chopped green onion. A hit!
