This was easy and very flavorful, I love the idea of a one pan meal! The only change I made was, I used ground turkey instead of ground beef. I made this in my very old (my grandmother's) cast iron skillet and it worked wonderfully...If you want an easy, delicious comfort meal you have to try this!! Thanks to Laurie for sharing:)
