    I made the Toffee Chunk Skookie this evening and it turned out great after a few unexpected adjustments. When I followed the directions for the dough, it was too dense to even stir at all so I ended up adding in about 1/4 cup of milk. I stirred in a combination of chocolate chips and toffee bits and that worked well. My skillet was actually too large to fit inside my oven and close the door so I had to make do with a pyrex 9x13 pan instead. The total baking time ended up at about 25 minutes because of the baking dish I think but it turned out great and was a hit with the whole family.
