Slow Cooked Chicken Cacciatore

Recipe by Pleclare: Slow Cooked Chicken Cacciatore
Meat falls away from the bone very easily. Three cups drippings turned into gravy.
Let the S&P shakers be your friends.
It's well flavored. Had some straight up without pasta or rice as a base.
Like the sweetness the onion and bell pepper bring.
My pic is not nearly as colored as the authors.

I love chicken cacciatore. It was one of the first slow cooker recipes I ever made when I was 19 yrs old!
Yours looks great. Not as red as I have seen it either, maybe it's because of the flour/water? Or your type of tomato sauce? Interesting....
I love serving it over rice or just dipping bread in it.

Made this yesterday but had a serving of it while waiting for my other chicken recipe to emerge from the oven.

I don't think I have ever had chicken cacciatore! It certainly looks easy enough and very common ingredients. It looks delicious, pso!
