Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas

A recipe from Frankieanne Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas
This was such an easy way to prepare Fajitas! Packed with flavor as well:) I used chicken tenders, a green bell pepper and added a sliced jalapeno (for a bit of heat) I didn't have any diced tomatoes! (I am always 1 ingredient short) So I added some sliced cherry tomatoes and a little water instead. I am always on the lookout for great crockpot recipes, and this one I highly recommend:) Thanks Frankieanne!

Thank you for letting me know how much you liked these. I had thought of putting a note on the recipe that it could be "heated up" for those who like that so thank you for pointing that out. :)

I got mine started late so I did it on high about 3/4 hours. The meat was so tender (words from my husband). I added extra bell peppers (yellow and green) and extra onions since that's all I used out of this for me but I did saute up some mushrooms to throw in mine as well :) Flavor was great! I threw in a chopped jalapeno as well for added heat. The picture is of my husbands plate he made. (LOTS of cheese, I know) lol! Doesn't even look like he made on any tomatoes, but they are there. I made some simple gaucamole to go with. Great one Frankie!
