How to make it

  • Place the sliced onion and pepper in the bottom of the slow cooker See Photo. Put the chicken breast on top and sprinkle with the taco or fajita seasoning mix. Mix the minced garlic into the tomatoes, then pour over the top. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours. Shred the chicken breasts and stir into the onion, pepper and tomatoes and the juices. Serve with warmed flour tortillas and your favorite toppings.
