Slow Cooker Orange Chicken

Recipe by Frankieanne: Slow Cooker Orange Chicken Thighs/saved
Four hours on LO in the crock yielded 200F chicken. Back off an hour and start monitoring the chicken temp.
    I did use a 7qt crock.
I could taste the dryness in the thighs.
Good flavor. Plated it over buttered bowtie pasta.

Thanks for trying it, pso. I guess it must depend on the size of the thighs you use. Mine were pretty big and weren't dry at all. Thank you for adding your picture!

I love the sound of this recipe..yum, orange chicken:) I have this in my planner to (hopefully) try soon:) I always have to keep an eye on chicken in the crock pot, it does depend on the size of the chicken pieces and also the crock pot your're using..looks delish!

Thought the thighs were standard sized. I lean more toward the size of the crock, larger ones having larger heating elements.
Had to run some errands while the pot was crocking. Pranced back in the door with 2 minutes left on the timer, elsewise I would have probed the thighs at an earlier time.
