    Mango Kulfi Frozen Indian Mango Dessert

    I was very excited about making this one. I love mangos and I bought these amazing ones from Brazil that are really worth a taste. I only have 6 molds and this is way too much goodness for just 6 molds. With the remaining cream I made a pudding of sorts. Added 2 softened and then melted gelatin leaves and another dessert was born ;) both were great and the cardamon give it a really special touch.

    This looks sooooo good. I love a good Mango Lassi and this would be very similar in taste I'm sure. Gonna go bookmark this and give it a whirl sometime soon. I haven't cooked with mangoes much at all and I'm always a little nervous about knowing if the mango I'm choosing is ripe or not.

    Cardamon has a unique taste. Please give it a try. It is also great on sweet breads, cookies and indian inspired cooking ;)
