How to make it

  • Boil cream and add condensed milk to it. Stir. Add sugar and cardamom powder. Cool to room temperature.
  • Meanwhile blend the chopped mangoes, till smooth and add to the cream and condensed milk mix. Mix really well.
  • Pour into ice lolly moulds or dessert bowls (cover with cling film if you're using these). Freeze for around 6-7 hours.
  • Let it sit in the fridge for around 10 minutes before serving.
