  Another great chicken recipe from Pat (Pleclare).
  Soft Chicken Tacos
  Really delicious. Spicy but not too spicy. I had four thighs and I'm not certain they weighed a pound but I had enough spice rub for them. Grilled them outdoors as it is 78 here today (sorry, Boston). More about my toppings on the recipe.
