How to make it

  • Combine first 4 ingredients in smakk bowl;rub spice mix over chicken (I marinate in this for several hours) (I double spice mix and use ancho chili powder instead of regular0
  • Place chicken on grill rack coated with spray;grill 10 mins. each side or till done. Let stand 10 mins and chop.
  • Heat tortillas according to directions. Divide chicken evenly among tortillas;top each tortilla with 2 Tbs cabbage and 1 tsp cheese. Serve with sour cream,if desired.

    These were delicious! I left out the cumin and used 1.5 tsp of choptle chili powder. Used cabbage, salsa and Mexican blend cheese. I ended up eating two of these yummy things. Cheers to you, Pat.
