Southern-style Chicken "popcorn"

    Recipe by Staccato: Southern Style Chicken Popcorn
    Good popcorn chicken. Mine fried up in just under 6 minutes. Would use more than just a pinch of S&P next time. Only did one breast for a test.

    Not crispy nor crunchy. Suppose if you fry it long enough it would get more texture. But they are done a little bit after they float to the surface. Just watch the coloration for a golden brown as they are still a light color when they first float.
