Spaghetti With Roasted Garlic

    Recipe by Peetabear: Spaghetti With Roasted Garlic/saved
    Quick and easy pasta dish. I used Angel Hair pasta.
    I would split up the oil next time 50/50 with butter for more flavor.
    Needed salt at the end.
    Coarsely shaved Parmesan is a nice touch. Yields something to chew on. But grated fine would be OK too.
    Used a veggie peeler to hack away on the Parmesan wedge.
    Not much color in this dish.

    Oh, this sounds good! We *love* garlic! I make something similar using butter instead of olive oil and we call it buttered noodles, an easy dish given to me by my Italian neighbor. I will have to try it with the addition of garlic - yum!
