  This made a nice breakfast for me. I'm certain some would like to add cheese before it was broiled, which I guess would be very tasty! But, I loved it without and ended up eating the whole thing. Whew! I was happy with my successful flip to the plate as well. :-)

  You did get that out of the pan nicely! That's the main thing I would have been worried about making this recipe, ruining my picture with a bad flip :P I bet bacon would be good in this too......
