    Here’s another one that didn’t get downloaded. The problem with not writing reviews in a timely fashion is that I can’t remember much about the recipe. So let’s talk photo secrets because that part I remember. The trick to making vegetables look good in a photo is to slightly under cook them so they retain their color. Well, I don’t like under cooked peas and forgot I was going to take a photo. Result: Ugly peas! Even though the recipe wasn’t memorable, I cannot say it was bad. Just a good, quick stir fry. I did use snow peas because I don’t care for whole sugar peas.

    For something that wasn't memorable, it looks fantastic! Snow peas seem a better choice in a stir-fry than thicker sugar peas. More authentic.

    I'm surprised to see an orange chicken recipe without a ton of sugar or honey. Maybe it needs a little bit of sweet to make it more memorable! ;)

    Looks great Diz! I would eat that right up too :) I guess the OJ is the only sweetener in this, which is surprising to me too, as all the orange chicken dishes I have eaten are as sweet as candy lol!
