    I was going to rate this recipe four stars because of all the coating I threw away but just couldn't. These little yummy bites had so much flavor! A lot more on the recipe page. Sorry about the lighting of the picture. My battery was running low, the flash wouldn't come on and - no more natural light at 6:00! :-(

    I made these last night. They were good. As I said on the Recipe page, I had a hard time getting the crumb mixture to stick on the shrimp. The flour stuck but not a lot of the bread crumbs. I do admit to using Panko instead of bread crumbs so maybe that was a bad idea. The seasoning were really nice and I really liked the addition of the mustard and butter spread over top just before baking.

    Yes, the amount of coating here is way too much. I'm glad you found that out, too, and posted that comment as well. Maybe we both will save others from wasting food - even if it is crumbs!
    I'm thinking my shrimp were probably really wet. I always thaw out my shrimp in a bowl of warm water and then peel and rinse. Maybe that's why my crumbs stuck better although I didn't use Panko.
