  Made this last night for dinner and it was delicious! Tasted like a crustless quiche. Kids ate it too. Will be definitely making this a lot! Great recipe!

  I can't get my kids to eat too many veggies no matter what I do! Drives me nuts! Maybe someday, their boyfriends will appreciate my cooking!
  
  I've always loved spinach but I just discovered that I REALLY love creamed spinach even more! Its amazing how a few simple ingredients can make a dish go from, just okay, to scrumptious!

  Lillian, my kids ARE very picky, that's why I am always excited when I find a recipe they can eat too! They eat a couple of veggies: broccoli, lettuce, cauliflower and creamy spinach. That's it!
