Spinach Charlotte Recipe

How to make it

  • Defrost spinach in microwave.
  • Squeeze dry.
  • Mix together softened Old English cheese, eggs and flour.
  • Add well drained spinach and cottage cheese.
  • Place in a buttered pie plate.
  • Bake at 350 degrees 30-35 minutes.
  • Cut in wedges and serve.

    Just wanted to let you know that I made this and it was deeelicious! Loved the cottage cheese here! This tasted like a crustless quiche. Definitely will be making this one often! Added a picture for you.
