One of our favorite ways to dress up frozen spinach. Nice for lunch or with a cup of soup for dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 - 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 small jar of Old English Cheese
- 8 ounces cottage cheese
- 3 eggs
- 3 T. flour
Directions
- Defrost spinach in microwave.
- Squeeze dry.
- Mix together softened Old English cheese, eggs and flour.
- Add well drained spinach and cottage cheese.
- Place in a buttered pie plate.
- Bake at 350 degrees 30-35 minutes.
- Cut in wedges and serve.
