Spinach Charlotte

One of our favorite ways to dress up frozen spinach. Nice for lunch or with a cup of soup for dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 - 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach shopping list
- 1 small jar of Old English cheese shopping list
- 8 ounces cottage cheese shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 3 T. flour shopping list
How to make it
- Defrost spinach in microwave.
- Squeeze dry.
- Mix together softened Old English cheese, eggs and flour.
- Add well drained spinach and cottage cheese.
- Place in a buttered pie plate.
- Bake at 350 degrees 30-35 minutes.
- Cut in wedges and serve.

Just wanted to let you know that I made this and it was deeelicious! Loved the cottage cheese here! This tasted like a crustless quiche. Definitely will be making this one often! Added a picture for you.
