Strawberry No-bake Cheesecake Recipe

thank you Midgelet for posting this one. I spent my Sunday afternoon preparing this and it looks great! It's still chilling but the little taste I had was awesome. As I'm in Greece we don't have access to frozen whipped topping so I had to prepare it myself with some powder, which made it a little more time consuming. Also, the gelatin I bought came in sheets (go figure) and had to take the time to learn how to use that. A real winning recipe if you have the patience!

due to the fact that our gelatin comes in thin clear "sheets" I had to dilute them in water before use and was unsure just how many of them to use. Initially I used one until I realized I probably should have used more. The cheesecake never set. So in the end, I diluted all 12 sheets and added them in and it firmed up some more, but not completely. This is in no way due to the recipe but the stupid gelatin. We're eating it now and it tastes wonderful but I'll have my mom in NY send me some real gelatin powder for next time :)
