Stuffed Bell Peppers

    Good savory flavor but the recipe does need some work.
    What temp for the oven? Where does the first course of cheese go? Is is mixed in the stuffing or sprinkled on top?
    Stuffing does not hold together when pepper is cut into.

    Yes, steamed, topped with cheese then sauce, baked covered @ 350F, uncovered, topped with remaining cheese and baked 10 min more.
    Cheese could have been a little more melted so I suspect the temp could be higher.

    Maybe a little less in the pepper stuffing mix and a little more on the pour-over. I'd be afraid to mix an egg in there because of the short bake time.
